摘要
长期以来,高职院校心理健康教育一直延续着重"问题取向"轻"人文关怀"的教育模式。随着积极心理学的兴起,幸福教育逐渐引起教育界的关注,并开始融入到心理健康教育中。幸福教育主要包括树立正确幸福观念、培养体验幸福能力、塑造追求幸福品质三个方面,力求使学生真正领悟生命意义,从而更加热爱生活,保持积极乐观的心态。
For a long time, the mental health education of vocational college has continued to focus on the mode of attaching important to the "problem-oriented education" and neglecting the "humanistic care education". With the rise of positive psychology, the happiness education arouses the growing concern of the education circles, and began melt into the mental health education. Happiness education mainly includes three aspects of establishing a correct concept of happy, developing the ability to experience happiness and shaping the quality of pursuing the happiness, and strives to enable the students to truly grasp the meaning of life, which is more love life, maintain a positive and optimistic frame of mind.
