思想政治教育是人对人的活动,其过程即是以人为出发点,以人的全面发展为归宿,并对人全程关怀的过程。从人学的视角对人和思想政治教育进行审视,人是一种动态生成性的存在、一种独特性的存在、一种创造超越性的存在和一种完整性的存在;理解人的本真含义,重视人的意义追寻,引导人,尊重人,激励人,发展人,"使人作为人成为人",即"成人",是时代赋予思想政治教育的历史使命。
