摘要
道德教育与和谐人格的培养是相互促进的。在道德教育过程中,我们应该遵循个性化与社会化相结合、和谐人格培养与心理健康教育相结合、认知教育与行为实践相结合的基本原则,通过借鉴儒家"中和"教育理念,倡导审美化道德教育,利用隐性道德教育资源,发挥道德教育的心理建构功能,构建"引导—陶冶—学生自主体悟—内化—成就德行"的生活道德教育机制和社会、学校、家庭以及个人的共同努力、良性互动的机制,培养大学生的和谐人格。
Moral education and the cultivation of a harmonious personality are mutually stimulative. In the process of the moral education, we should follow the hasic law of the personalization and socialization integration, the harmony personality training combined with mental health education, the behavioral cognitive education combining the practice, then advocate the aesthetic moral education by drawing on the "neutralization" of Confucian education idea, hy use of implicit moral education resources to promote psychological construction function of the moral education, construct and build the life moral education mechanism of "guide-mold-student self-realized-internalization-the achievements of virtue" and the well interaction mechanism of community, schools, families, and individuals, and cultivate a harmonious personality of students.
