摘要 建立一种测定果蔬中10种酰胺类杀菌剂农药残留量的液相色谱-质谱检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,固相萃取柱净化,液相色谱分离,选择离子监测-大气压化学电离质谱测定。试验结果:10种被测物在0.05mg/L~5mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9956。方法的测定低限为0.01mg/kg,平均回收率为72.8%~96.6%,重复试验7次,RSD值小于11.1%。 To develop a method for analyzing 10 amides in fruits ang vegetables by Liquid chromatography-spectrometer.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned with solid phase extraction,separated with LC,and determined by MS/SIM/APCI.The calibration curves of standard solutions was linear in the range of 0.05 mg/L-5 mg/L for 10 amides,the relative coefficient was over 0.995 6,the average recoveries for 10 analytes was ranged from 72.8 % to 96.6 %,precisions was under 11.1 %,with limits of detection was 0.01 mg/kg.
