酶联免疫法测定肉及肉制品中己烯雌酚残留量

Application of Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay to Determinate the Residueses of Diethylstilbestrol Residues in Meat and Meat Product

应用酶联免疫法建立肉及肉制品中己烯雌酚的检测方法。本方法具有良好的特异性,灵敏度,快速便捷。方法对肉和肉制品中己烯雌酚的检测下限为0.5μg/kg,己烯雌酚回收率达88.36%～90.68%,精密度为7.6%～7.8%。

In this study,using ELISA method to determinate the residueses of diethylstilbestrol in meat and meat product.This rapid method is specific and sesitive.The detection limit of this method is 0.5 μg/kg.The method coefficient of variation is 7.6 %-7.8 % for DES.The recovery of DES is 88.36 %-90.68 %.
