摘要
利用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定赣南三地脐橙中的硒,探讨仪器的工作条件,消化试剂的选择及共存离子的干扰等因素的影响,在优化的工作条件下,赣南脐橙中硒的测定值范围为3.5254μg/L~3.6990μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.76%~1.13%,回收率为94.87%~102.46%。
HG-use-AFS determination in the southern Jiangxi Orange selenium,discussed the working conditions of equipment,reagents and digest the interference of foreign ions such factors as the impact that the origin of the content of selenium in Orange.In the optimization of working conditions,Gannan Orange selenium value for the determination of 3.525 4 μg/L-3.699 0 μg/L relative standard deviation (RSD)for the 0.76 %-1.13 %,the recovery was 94.87 %-102.46 %.
