摘要
渗透汽化作为一种新型的膜分离技术,用于食品加工中有机物质的分离具有明显的技术上和经济上的优势。总结渗透汽化技术用于食品工业的特点和优势,综述渗透汽化在不同酒类生产和风味物质提取中的作用,及其在食品芳香物质回收中的应用现状。对渗透汽化技术在食品工业中的发展趋势进行展望。
Pervaporation as a new type of membrane separation technology,it has a obvious advantage in removal of organic compounds from food processing.The characteristics and advantages of pervaporation technology in food industry are summarized.The application of pervaporation in different liquor production and extraction of flavor components,and the application status in aroma recovery are reviewed.The development trend of pervaporation in food industry is prospected.
