水蛭抗凝血作用实验研究及化学成分分析

Study on the activity of bloodsucker as anticoagulant and analysis on its chemical components

目的:研究水蛭不同提取物的抗凝血活性并寻找新的活性成分,为水蛭的新药开发提供实验依据。方法:体外实验和体内实验相结合确定抗凝血活性部位,通过化学分析寻找新的成分。结果:水蛭的乙酸乙酯部分和正己烷部分有较为明显的抗凝血作用,通过化学分析从乙酸乙酯部分分离鉴定出了胆固醇,从正己烷部分鉴定出了11个化合物。

Objective：To study the activities of different bloodsucker extracts as anticoagulant. Methods： The active components of bloodsucker as anticoagulant was determined by in vitro and in vivo experiments. Results： The composition extracted by ethyl and hexane had obvious activity as anticoagulant,cholesterol was identified from ethyl extracts and 11 compounds were identified from hexane extracts of leech.
