摘要
建立以空气为空白,利用紫外可见分光光度计直接测量食用油瓶的紫外吸收的检测方法,该方法快速、准确,可以用来指导生产。通过测量,结果表明抗紫外PET瓶的紫外吸收范围为190nm^363nm,比普通PET瓶宽的多,对VA强化食用油有保护作用。并且在相同波长下,增加瓶的厚度,瓶子的紫外吸收能力增强,厚度的增加可以近似地采用朗伯-比尔定律来计算其透射比的变化。
A method determining the UV absorption of bottles of edible oil was established using UV-visible spectrophotometer. The method is rapid, accurate, and can be used to guide production. The results showed that the absorption range of anti-UV PET bottles is 190 nm-363 nm, which is wider than the common PET bottles. The anti-UV PET bottles could protect the edible oil with Vitamin A effectively. On the same wavelength, UV absorption capacity enhanced with the thickness of bottles increased. The changes of Transmittance can be calculated by Lambert-Beer's law when the thickness of PET bottles increased.
