脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子与1型糖尿病的关系

Relationship between Adiponectin,TNF-α and Type l Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子与1型糖尿病的关系。方法分别测定28例1型糖尿病和31例健康对照者血清中脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子的含量。结果1型糖尿病患者血清中脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子平均为(10.85±0.26)mg/L、(1.58±0.35)ug/L,对照组平均为(9.35±0.49)mg/L、(1.10±0.13)ug/L。1型糖尿病组的肿瘤坏死因子含量显著高于对照组(t=3.55,P<0.05)。脂联素的含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤坏死因子在l型糖尿病患者的发生、发展中起到负作用,在l型糖尿病早期诊断、预防和治疗中可能具有一定的意义。

Objective To study the relationship between adiponectin, TNF-α, and type 1 diabetes meLlitus. Methods The level of adiponeetin, TNF-α, was measured in 28 type 1 diabetes mellitus（ T1 DM）patient and in 30 control subjects at the same time. Results The results showed that the mean plasma adiponeetin and TNF-α in type 1 diabetes mellitus was（ 10.85 ± 0.26）mg/L, （ 1.58 ± 0.35 ） ug/L, and in control subjects was （ 9. 354 ± 0.49 ） mg/L, （ 1.10 ± 0.13 ） ug/L, the level of TNF-α was significantly higher than that in control subjects（ t = 3.55, P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of adiponectin and type 1 diabetes mellitus group compared with the control group has no significant difference. Conclusion TNF-α play a negative role in the occurrence, development of type 1 diabetes mellitus. It might have some significance in the early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of type 1 diabetes meUitus.
