基于科学发展观建构企业竞争力评价三维体系的探讨

Three-Dimensional Perspective System for Enterprise Competitiveness Evaluation Based on Scientific Concept of Development

企业竞争力是一个复杂概念,其定义无统一界定,但其评价却囿于经营视角。基于中国经济技术转轨的现实,特别是中国科学发展观的提出,建立经营与循环经济、企业社会责任和人的发展三维集成的中国企业竞争力评价指标体系,利用专家调查法、层次分析法和网络层次分析法对中国钢铁企业竞争力进行了测评与排序。结论显示宝钢竞争力最强,而历史上被视为楷模的邯钢在人的发展方面与宝钢等存在很大的差距,并提出中国钢铁企业要走以人为本,全面协调可持续发展的道路。

Enterprise competitiveness evaluation is a complicated issue. However, now days,it is mostly evaluated only in the view of business and this may be not appropriate. With the fact that China is in technical transformation of economy and based on China＇ s scientific concept of development,a three-dimensional index system for Chinese enterprise competitiveness evaluation is proposed. It integrates indices in view of management and circular economy, enterprise social responsibility, and human development. With this system, competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the iron and steel industry is evaluated by using Delphi Method,AHP, and ANP. Results show that Bao Steel is the most competitive one and is stronger than Han Steel which had been thought to be a model in the Chinese iron and steel industry if human development factor is ignored.
