With the reasonable series-paraller of UPS and other components,and associated with regulated electromechanical power supply as bypassing power supply,the UPS power supply system was constitute,which was dual power supplied. It greatly improved the reliability of the system. This is the experience from the construction of the Information Center of Power Supply Bureau.
