摘要
为了提高航空发动机弧齿锥齿轮在装配中的着色合格率,分析了弧齿锥齿轮啮合机理,找到了影响啮合面和齿隙不正确的因素,提出了检查和调整弧齿锥齿轮啮合面与齿隙的方法。
The engagement principle of the spiral bevel gear was analyzed to improve the coloring qualification rate of spiral bevel gear for an aeroengie in the assembly .The factors that influence on engaging surface and result in incorrect backlash were found. The methods of checking and adjusting engaging surface and backlash for spiral bevel gear were presented.
