基础教育体育课程教学改革之审视

An inspection on reform of P.E.curriculum in basic education

自2 0 0 1年9月以《体育与健康》为教材的课程改革实验开展以来,基础教育体育教学呈现出一派生机勃勃的景象,出现了很多先进的更符合时代特点的教育教学理论。然而,在教学改革进程中存在着教学目标虚化、教学内容泛化、教学过程形式化和教学评价和气化的问题,因此,修订课程标准时要注意做到:教学目标体系应有很强的可操作性,在教师的直接指导下选择和实施教学内容,在评价方面做到评分和评语相结合。当前要具体落实加快新课程标准的修订和补充工作;统一体育指导思想;加强教师的培训;加快农村学校体育课程改革的步伐;加快为新课标配套教材。

In the reform of P.E.curriculum there are problems such as vague teaching objectivities,lacking substantial content,over-emphasis on teaching form and superficial teaching assessment.The revision of curriculum standards must take into consideration the above mentioned aspects.At present,the priority is to speed up the revision and supplement of the new curriculum standards,strengthen teacher training,accelerate the reform of P.E.curriculum in rural schools and compile teaching material corresponding to the new curriculum standards.
