摘要
目的观察红外线对大鼠睾丸生精上皮超微结构的影响。方法采用不同波段的红外线对大鼠的睾丸局部照射,并与对照组进行比较,采用透射电镜观察睾丸生精上皮超微结构变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组大鼠电镜下生精细胞排列紊乱,精原细胞内细胞器变性多见;支持细胞线粒体空泡化,嵴消失,内质网肿胀。结论红外线可导致大鼠睾丸生精上皮超微结构损伤。
Objective To study the effect of infra-red rays on ultrastructure of seminiferous epithelium in rats.Methods Applying different bands of infrared radiation on the testis in rats,and compared with the control group,using transmission electron microscopy to observe the ultrastructural changes of spermatogenic epithelium.Results Compared with the control group,the results of experimental rats observed under electron microscope showed that the arrangement of spermatogenic cells were out of ordor,spermatogonia,degeneration of cell organelles were more common;supporting mitochondrial vacuolization,cristae disappeared,swollen endoplasmic reticulum.Conclusion Infrared can lead to testis seminiferous epithelium ultrastructure injury in rats.
