摘要
目的了解南京市江宁区中学低年级学生的心理健康状况,以期为健康教育干预措施的有效开展提供科学依据。方法采用中国中学生心理健康量表,对南京市江宁区900名初一、初二年级学生进行问卷调查。结果存在轻度心理问题的学生占29.3%,存在中等程度问题者占2.7%,存在较重及严重问题的比例为0.5%;班干部的心理健康总均分比非班干部低(P<0.05);单亲家庭学生的心理健康总均分要比非单亲家庭学生高(P<0.05)。结论南京市江宁区中学低年级学生的心理健康问题较严重,相关部门应针对不同类型的学生,积极采取有效的健康教育措施。
Objective To describe the mental health status of low-grade middle school students in Jiangning district of Nanjing City and to provide scientific basis for mental health education.Methods Middle School Student Mental Health Scale(MSSMHS)was conducted among 900 low-grade middle school students.Results The incidence of mild,moderately and serious mental health problem were 29.3%,2.7% and 0.5% respectively.The total average points of class leaders' MSSMHS were lower than the common students'(P〈0.05).The total average points of students' MSSMHS with single-parent family were lower than the common students'(P〈0.05).Conclusion The low-grade school students have serious mental problem in Jiangning district.More active health education measures should be carried out,according to different students.
