人细小病毒B19与不良妊娠结局的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 人细小病毒B19感染是世界性分布的传染性疾病,具有极其广泛的疾病谱,可以引起传染性红斑、关节炎、再生障碍性贫血等疾病。孕妇感染人细小病毒可导致流产、胎儿水肿、胎儿贫血、甚至胎死宫内及新生儿疾病等严重后果,因此,引起世界广大医务工作者的关注,并对其致病机制、母婴临床表现及诊断治疗进行了大量研究,本文就近年来人细小病毒B19与不良妊娠结局的相关性研究做一综述。
