质量资源对酒店质量竞争力的影响

Influence of Quality Resources on Quality Competitiveness of Hotel

借鉴蒋家东2005年的研究成果,对质量资源与酒店质量竞争力影响关系提出假设,运用SPSS16.0和LISREL8.80统计软件进行分析,检验相关假设后得到如下结果:人力资源、财力资源、原材料与设施设备资源、组织管理资源、技术资源、区域的基础设施和环境资源对酒店质量竞争力有显著正向影响,信息资源对酒店质量竞争力的影响较弱。根据所得结果提出酒店质量资源有效配置的方法。

Based on Jiang Jiadong＇s research in 2005, the assumptions of the relationship between quality resources and quality competitiveness were proposed and tested through statistical software SPSS16.0 and LISREL8.80. The result shows that the different elements of quality resources have different impact on quality competitiveness of hotels： human resources, financial resources, raw material and facility resources, organizational management resources, technology resources and regional infrastructure and environmental resources have significant positive effect on quality competitiveness of hotel, while information resources has weak impact on quality competitiveness of hotel. Based on the results, some approaches were given to make efficient allocation of hotel quality resources.
