摘要
随着武汉城市圈和长株潭城市群被国家确定为"两型社会"试验区,并被赋予先行先试的政策创新权,"两型社会"逐步成为中国城市发展的新方向,如何促进"两型社会"建设也就成为新焦点。农村城市化是"两型社会"的一个核心内容,该文从农村城市化资金供给和需求方面入手,探讨民间金融的制度安排,为解决"两型社会"建设中农村城市化资金缺口提供一个思路。
Since Wuhan Metropolitan Circle and ＂Chang- Zhu- Tan＂ City Group were set as the pilot areas for ＂two- oriented society＂ building, these two areas have been granted the right of policy innovations. From then on, ＂two- oriented society＂ has become the new orientation for Chinag urban development. Rural urbanization is the core content of ＂ two - oriented society＂. The article analyzes the capital demand of the rural urbanization process and explores the institutional arrangements for informal finance. These institutional arrangements give a solution for capital insufficiency faced by the construction of ＂two -oriented society＂, especially during the rural urbanization process.
