摘要 对武器装备作战需求的质量进行准确评估是提高作战需求论证质量的基本前提。分析了多视点作战需求质量评估的问题框架,提出了一种基于多视点的武器装备作战需求质量评估模型,建立了评估指标体系并具体说明了评估的流程和算法,使作战需求质量评估工作更加合理准确。 Exact measurement of weapon and equipment operational requirementquality is basic demand of quality improvement. It analyzes the problem framework of requirement quality measurement in multi-viewpoint, on the basis puts forwards a measurement models, builds the measurement index and introduces the procedures and algorithm, so requirement quality measurement can be more accurate and rational.
