摘要
本文通过正交表设计试验组数,利用高温高压釜设备辅以失重法,研究腐蚀与冲刷的交互作用。由极差分析和方差分析可知,在冲刷腐蚀过程中,温度是最大的影响因素,其次是流速与腐蚀的交互作用。由扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)技术对腐蚀产物膜进行分析知,腐蚀产物膜的形貌严重的影响其腐蚀速率,P110的CO2腐蚀产物主要以FeCO3为主。
Interaction of corrosion and erosion is investigated by high temperature and pressure kettle in the stimulated oil field environments with weight-loss method in this paper. The number of experimental groups was arranged with orthogonal table. By the range analysis and variance analysis to know, in the ero-sion-corrosion process, the temperature is the biggest influencing factors, followed by the flow rate and corrosion synergy. The corrosion scales were analyzed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometers (XRD). It is known that the morphology of corrosion product films seriously affected its corrosion rate, FeCO3 was mainly the based product of P110 in CO2 corrosion environment.
