激光熔覆与热喷涂镍基合金涂层的微观组织和性能 被引量:7

摘要 利用热喷涂和激光熔覆技术分别制备了镍基涂层,采用显微组织和显微硬度法对两种涂层进行了对比研究。结果表明:两种工艺得到的涂层组织基本相同,主要包括-γN i固溶体、硼化物、碳化物+镍γ-固溶体共晶以及合金渗碳体等金属间化合物,热喷涂涂层组织中未形成共晶体;两种涂层的平均硬度均高于基体,均达到了表面强化的目的。 The properties of two kinds of Ni60 coatings which are deposited by laser cladding and thermal spraying respectively are studied by microstrueture and micro-hardness. The results show that the coatings formed by both processes have same micrsatructure which mainly composed of γ-Ni solid solution, euteetic of boride, carbide +γ-solid solution and intermetallic compounds such as eementite alloys etc. The euteetics are not formed in the thermal sprayed coating. The average micro-hardness in coatings are higher than that of the matrix and have been achieved the purpose of surface hardening
