摘要
本文介绍3Cr13不锈钢民用刀具的循环热处理,试验结果表明刀具的硬度、耐磨性和锋利度有较大提高,使用性能可与5Cr15MoV不锈钢刀具相媲美,可大幅节省成本。
In this paper,it is introduced the cyclic heat treatment process of the 3Cr13 stainless steel as civil cutter. The experimental result shows that the hardness, wear resistance and sharpness of cutter can be improved greatly. The performance can be comparable with 5Cr15MoV stainless steel cutter, but the cost can significantly be saved.
