摘要
用正交实验法研究了AISI 304奥氏体不锈钢低温离子渗碳工艺。结果表明,优化后的奥氏体不锈钢低温离子渗碳工艺参数为渗碳温度500℃、C3H8:H2=1:30、氩气流量20 ml/min、渗碳时间6 h。用优化工艺参数处理的奥氏体不锈钢表面可获得单一的Sc相组织,硬度高达780 HV0.05。
Plasma earburizing of AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel at low temperature is investigated by the orthogonal experiment process. The results show that the optimal process parameters for plasma carburizing of austenitic stainless steel at low temperature are carburizing temperature 500℃, C3 H8 : H2 = 1:30, argon gas-flow 20 ml/min, carburizing time 6 h. It is indicated by XRD that a layer of carbon supersaturated solid solution ( i. e. Sc phase) can be formed on the steel surface without separation of chromium carbide. The surface hardness of the stainless steel treated by process optimizing is 780 HV0.05.
