摘要 介绍了TS3000型ESD的三重化冗余特点,以及高的集成性能特征;介绍了三重化表决原理,以及从逻辑上如何保证输出结果"绝对"正确的途径;描述了工程中ESD Tricon控制器的硬件配置,介绍了TriStation 1131 4.1版编程组态软件,以及人机操作界面Intouch 9.5的强大功能。以回路图形式,举例示意了ESD在工艺参数超出设限值的紧急情况下迅速报警、紧急自动停车的工作原理,同时提醒在施工图设计中,需要考虑控制与安全的优先次序,电源设计唯一性与模块集成可行性等问题。 The integration performance, triple modular redundance philosophy of TS3000-type ESD, triple modular redundance voting philosophy is described. The approach how to logically assure the output absolutely correct is introduced; The hardware configuration of Tricon controller in the ESD of the project, configuration software TriStation 1131 4. 1 and the mighty functions of man-machine interface Intouch 9.5 is described. The working philosophy of quick alarm and emergency shutdown of ESD in the form of loop diagram in case process parameters exceed the set values is illustrated. Meantime close attention to the issues concerning the control and safety order of priority, power source design uniqueness and module integration feasibility in the detailed engineering design is proposed.
