阐述了成品油库计量监控系统的控制方案及各部分组成,重点对其各部分的功能进行了论述。整个系统由底层、中间层和上层构成,底层为现场仪表设备,主要功能是将油库罐区的工艺参数准确有效检测出来,并通过不同的传输信号或总线协议向上层传输;中间层为仪表信号传输层,包括传输信号及传输介质,常规仪表信号和现场总线仪表信号通过不同的传输介质(电缆、光缆)实现信号传输;上层为过程控制及管理层,过程控制层通过PLC实现对底层现场仪表设备的监视、控制及联锁,管理层是通过库级信息管理处理器(数据库服务器、通信服务器及Web服务器)及其配套软件来实现油库的综合信息存储、数据通信及Web浏览等功能。
The control scheme and composition of the supervising and control system in product oil depot are introduced. The function of each part of the supervising and control system is mainly described, the supervising and control system contain bottom layer, middle layer and top layer. The field instruments are in bottom layer, its main function is to detect process parameters in oil depot accurately and effectively, and to transmit to the upper layer through different transmission signals or bus protocol; middle layer is signal transport layer, it includes transmission signal and the transmission medium, general instrumentation signals and field-bus instrumentation signals realize signal transmission through different transmission media (electric cable, fiber cable) ; the process control and management are in top layer, its function is controlling, monitoring and interlocking bottom layer instruments through PLC. Management layer realizes the function of the integrated information storage, data communication and Web browsing in oil depot through the base-level processor (database servers, communications servers and Web servers) and the supporting software.
