川参通主导的综合疗法治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Intraprostatic Injection of Chuanshentong Ledding to a Comprehensive Ttreatment of Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndromes

目的观察川参通前列腺内注射主导的综合疗法治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析308例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者采用川参通前列腺内注射、心理及生活行为矫正、前列腺微波理疗及对症处理等综合疗法的疗效。疗效判定采用治疗前后NIH-CSPI评分的改变。结果观察治疗8周,308例患者中治愈66例(21.42%),有效213例(69.16%),无效29例(9.42%)。结论川参通主导的综合治疗治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎方便、安全、有效。

Objective To assess the clinic efficacy in the treatment of chronic nonabaeterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes （CABP/CPPS） after intraprostatic injection of Chuanshentong ledding to a comprehensive therapy. Methods 308 case of chronic nonabaete- rial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes were retrospectively analyzed after intraprostatic injection of Chuanshentong, physiology and life behavior modification, microwave prostate therapy and symptomatic treatment. The efficacy was evaluated by the NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index （CPSI） after an 8 week＇s follow up. Results All cases had completed the follow up. Sixty-six cases （21.42%） were complete- ly cured, two hundred thirteen cases （69.16%） had effect, twenty-nine cases （9.42%） had no effect. Conclusion It is suggested that intrapro- static injection of Chuanshentong ledding to a comprehensive therapy may be a useful method for the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chtonic pelvic pain syndromes.
