观察坎地沙坦酯治疗老年高血压的疗效和安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Observing Candesartan Cilexetil for Treating Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的观察坎地沙坦酯治疗老年人轻、中度高血压的疗效与安全性。方法以依那普利为对照,选择80例60岁以上老年原发性轻、中度高血压患者,进行8周的随机、双盲、平行对照治疗观察。结果治疗8周后,两组患者血压均得到明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组疗效较显著,且不良反应发生率较少。结论坎地沙坦酯能有效地治疗老年原发性轻、中度高血压,且耐受性好、安全、不良反应少。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety about candesartan cilexetil for treating mild and moderate hypertensive patients. Methods Taking enalapril in control, 80 cases of over 60-year-old mild and moderate hypertensive patients selected were observed by randomized, double-blind and parallel treatment for 8 weeks. Results 8 weeks later, all patients＇ blood presseure decreased significantly（P 〈0.05）. Efficacy of the treatment group was better, and adverse reactions were less. Conclusion Candesartan cilexetil can decrease mild and moderate hypertension in the elderly effectively, which is well tolerated, safe, and adverse reactions are few.
