Discussion on the Method of Constructing the Regional GIS of Changzhutan City Group

区域地理信息系统是为区域经济建设和管理提供服务的重要工具。本文以长株潭城市群区域地理信息系统为例,探讨了区域地理信息系统的建设方法,介绍了使用ArcGIS和Oracle有效地组织区域内多源、多尺度、海量地理信息数据的方法和技术,阐述了采用C/S和B/S相结合的体系结构搭建区域地理信息系统的思想,为我国区域地理信息系统的建设提供了参考范例。

Regional GIS is an important tool to serve the Area~ economy and management. Taking the regional GIS of Changzhutan city group as an example, this paper discussed the method of constructing the regional GIS, also introduced the maragement method and technology of multi - source and multi - scale mass data. The paper described the thought of constructing regional GIS by using C/S and B/S, and supported a referenced example for constructing regional GIS in China.
