摘要 随着电力电子技术的发展,直流变压器得到了越来越多的关注。为了实现低压功率器件在高压电能变换中应用,人们采取了多电平拓扑结构、功率管串联技术和功率模块的串联技术等。本文以全桥直流变压器功率模块组成输入串联输出并联(Input series and output parallel,ISOP)结构直流变压器为研究对象,并详细地分析了其基本原理和影响均压的因素。仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析正确性,并表明在模块参数基本一致时,ISOP结构直流变压器能够获得较好的均压效果。 With the development of power electronic technology, DC transformer based on power devices is focused on in resent years. To realize low voltage power electronic devices under the high voltage condition, IGBT series, multilevel converters and input-series output-parallel converters are researched. This paper introduces the input-series output-parallel DC transformer (ISOP DC transformer) based on full-bridge topology and analyzes the basic principle of ISOP DC transformer and the influencing input voltage factors. Simulation and experimental results verify the above analyzes.
