摘要 某铁矿石中磁铁矿和赤铁矿的嵌布粒度相差悬殊,磁铁矿具有中细粒嵌布的特点,赤铁矿则属于典型极微细粒嵌布的范畴。针对该铁矿石的嵌布粒度特性,采用弱磁选-强磁选-絮凝脱泥-反浮选联合工艺流程,获得了铁品位为61.77%、回收率为62.55%的铁精矿。 Dissemination size of magnetite and hematite in an iron ore shows big disparity, as magnetite is mediumgrained, while the hematite is typically microfine disseminated. Based on these dissemination characteristics, a combined processing flowsheet of low intensity magnetic separation, high intensity magnetic separation, flocculation desliming and reverse flotation, was adopted, and an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 61.77% and an iron recovery of 62.55% was prepared.
