摘要
以江西某地石煤为试验原料,采用氧化焙烧-水浸-酸浸工艺提取其中的钒,研究了原矿直接氧化焙烧及原矿经脱碳后氧化焙烧对浸出率的影响、原矿及脱碳样配煤氧化焙烧对浸出率和焙烧能耗的影响。结果表明,原矿经脱碳后氧化焙烧浸出率为80.12%,较原矿直接氧化焙烧提高11.71%;脱碳样配入5%的无烟煤,浸出率可达81.96%,氧化焙烧温度可降低30℃、焙烧时间缩短0.5 h,降低了生产成本。
Taking the stone coal of some area in Jiangxi Province as experimental materials, vanadium was extracted by oxidation roasting-water leaching-acid leaching process. Effects of direct oxidation roasting of the crude ores and oxida- tion roasting after decarburization on leaching rate, and oxidation roasting of the crude ores with anthracite added and decarburization samples on leaching rate and roasting consumption were investigated. The results showed that the leaching rate of oxidation roasting of the crude ores after decarburization was 80.12%, being 11.71% higher than the direct oxidation roasting of crude ores. When 5% anthracite was added into decarburization samples, the leaching rate reached 81.96%, the oxidation roasting temperature decreased 30℃ and the roasting time shortened 0.5 h, so that the production cost decreased.
