阶梯式旋转EFP成形机理的数值研究 被引量:4

摘要 应用阶梯式药型罩对称凹凸结构的方法研究出一种旋转稳定而且带倾斜尾翼的EFP,利用TG建立三维有限元模型,采用非线性动力分析软件,分别对大锥角和球缺两种形式的阶梯药型罩成形情况进行模拟,最后通过对形成弹丸的外形及速度进行了分析,得出阶梯式药型罩有利于成型弹丸的飞行稳定,而且球缺罩成型情况要优于锥角罩。 Using the ladder shaped charge linear symmetric concave and convex structure method; this method developed a spin-stabilized EFP with inclined tail wing. The forming of big cone angle and spherical segment ladder shaped charge liner was simulated by nonlinear dynamic analysis software. The three-dimensional finite element mode was built by TG. At last,it analyzed the projectile forming shape and velocity and drew two conclusion : (1)ladder shaped charge liner is favorable to the projectile flying stability. (2)spherical segment shaped charge liner forming is better than angle.
