105例老年药品不良反应报告分析

ANALYSIS OF 105 CASES ADVERSE DRUG REACTION REPORTS IN ELDERLY PATIENTS

目的了解老年药品不良反应发生的原因及特点,为临床合理安全用药提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查研究方法,对105例老年药品不良反应监测报告进行统计分析,评价药品不良反应因果关系。结果因果关系评价肯定、很可能、可能、待评价分别为75、22、3、5例。105例治愈92例,好转13例。临床表现主要是皮肤及附件损害,占30.09%;静脉滴注给药发生率最高,占70.48%;抗感染药品最常见,占43.81%。结论应重视老年药品不良反应的监测,提高老年安全合理用药水平。

Objective To understand adverse drug reactions in the elderly and its characteristics, in order to provide proper medication. Methods Use retrospective study method, 105 cases with ADR monitoring report reviewed for statistical analysis and evaluation of the relationship between cause and effect of adverse drug reactions. Results Causality assessment as affirmed, most likely, the evaluation may, pending were determined in 75, 22, 3 and 5 cases. Among 105 cases, 92 cases were cured, improves in 13 cases. Clinical manifestations were mainly dam- age of skin and its annex, accounting for 30. 09% ; the highest incidence in intravenous infusion of 70. 48% ; the most common in anti - infective medicines, accounting for 43.81%. Conclusion Pay attention to the adverse drug reactions monitoring for elderly, rational use of drugs to increase safety levels in the elderly.
