摘要
目的了解入院次数不同的青光眼患者入院后对健康教育内容、形式的需求。方法选取住院青光眼患者100例,采用自行设计的问卷,调查患者对青光眼相关知识,教育方式的需求,并对结果进行因素分析。结果第一次住院患者与非第一次住院患者对健康教育内容侧重点有所不同;健康教育方式以交谈获得信息的需求程度最高。结论对入院的青光眼患者进行健康教育时,应针对患者所掌握知识的多少进行个别指导,以确保健康教育效果。
Objective To evaluate the requirements of health education contents and modalities between the different frequency of glaucoma hospitalization patients. Methods Randomly selected 100 hospitalization patients, conduct an investigation into the requirements of health education contents and modalities of the patients by independent questionnaire, analyzed for the outcome. Results First time and non first time hospitalization patients have different attention point in health education contents. Conversation is the best method to get the information. Condusion According to patient' s knowledge, we can provide an individual guideline to insure the effect of education.
