摘要 肿瘤的早期发现与及时治疗对挽救患者的生命具有极其重要的意义。作为一种无损、快速、非接触、低成本的功能性影像方式,远红外技术已经成为肿瘤早期诊断的重要影像学方法。然而,传统的远红外成像诊断仍主要依靠医生的临床经验,主观性过大、准确率不高。为改进这一不足,本文研究将远红外医学影像数据库技术与计算机自动比对分析相结合以提升诊断准确率的方法,论证了构建辅助临床乳腺癌诊断的远红外医学影像数据库的可行性及基本组成,评估了现有方法的优缺点,初步实现的数据库比对分析软件可用于检索典型确诊病例,为医生、研究者或个人在乳腺癌的诊断和自检方面提供有效的对照图谱及诊断依据,从而为今后实现客观、准确、低成本的肿瘤早期诊断打下基础。 Early diagnosis and in time treatment of tumors are of great significance for saving patients' lives. As a non-invasive, quick, noncontact and cost-effective functional imaging modality, the technology of far-infrared thermography has become one of the most important ways for early cancer detection. However, the current diagnosis is still quite subjective and inaccurate, since it is heavily dependent on the experiences of a clinician. To overcome these barriers, this paper is dedicated to combine the medical far-infrared image database technology and computer automatic contrasting analysis together in order to improve the diagnosis accuracy. The feasibility and basic elements of the medical infrared thermography database were evaluated. Advantages and shortcomings of existing methods were analyzed. The preliminarily realized software has been able to retrieve confirmed clinical cases, supply contrasting images, and provide diagnosis references for clinicians, researchers or even self-checkers. The present work is expected to lay the foundation for achieving an objective, precise and low cost early tumor diagnosis.
