摘要 复杂折射索引和电介质工作轧了因为从 0.25 ~ 1.22 THz 的频率被获得使用 THz 时间域光谱学。绝缘的功能的真实部分首先从 0.25 ~ 0.42 THz 减少然后从 0.42 ~ 1.22 THz 震荡,而绝缘的功能的想象的部分在频率的整个范围以内是震荡。简单 Drude 模型被扩大在绝缘的功能上考虑缺点的效果。扩大模型与试验性的数据一致。[从作者抽象] The complex refractive indices and the dielectric function of GaN for frequencies ranging from 0.25 to 1.22THz are obtained using THz time-domain spectroscopy. The real part of the dielectric function first decreases from 0.25 to 0.42THz and then oscillates from 0.42 to 1.22THz, whereas the imaginary part of the dielectric function is oscillating within the whole range of frequency. The simple Drude model is extended to take into account the effect of defects on the dielectric function. The extended model is in agreement with the experimental data.
