新矿这个老煤炭企业,改革开放30年,把推进发展作为第一要务,在条件日益复杂、计划经济向市场经济转制过程中,走出了一条具有新矿特色的发展之路。文章记述了小矿变大矿、攻克深部开采难题、二次创业、建生态文明型企业的作法和成果,展望了发展的新目标。

The new old coal mining enterprises, reform and opening up 30 years to promote the development as top priority, in terms of increasingly com- plex, a planned economy to market economy, conversion process, out of a mine with a new feature development.
