摘要
2004-2005年通过对昭通烟区不同海拔高度的96个烟叶样品进行常规化学成分分析表明,在海拔2000m以下,烟叶主要化学成分协调性较好。相关性分析结果表明:(1)海拔高度与烟叶总糖呈极显著的正相关性(P<0.01),且下部叶>中部叶>上部叶;(2)海拔高度与上部叶和下部叶还原糖呈极显著的正相关性(P<0.01),与中部叶还原糖呈显著的正相关性(P<0.05),且下部叶>上部叶>中部叶;(3)海拔高度与烟叶总氮呈负相关性,且下部叶>中部叶>上部叶;(4)海拔高度与下部叶和中部叶钾含量呈极显著的负相关性(P<0.01),与上部叶钾含量呈显著的负相关性(P<0.05),且中部叶>下部叶>上部叶;(5)海拔高度与烟叶烟碱含量相关性不明显。
96 flue -cured tobacco were collected and analyzed from different altitude areas in Zhaotong by 2004 -2005. The results showed that the main chemical composition harmonization is better under 2000m altitude. The results by correlativity analysis showed that altitude and total sugar displays extremely positive correlativity (P〈 0. 01) and lower leaf middle leaf upper leaf. Altitude and reductant sugar of upper leaf and lower leaf displays extremely positive correlativity (P 〈0. 01),altitude and reductant sugar of middle leaf displays notable positive correlativity (P〈 0. 05),and lower leaf up-per leaf middle leaf. Altitude and Total N displays negative correlativity,and lower leaf middle leaf upper leaf. Altitude and potassium of lower leaf and middle leaf displays extremely negative correlativity (P〈 0. 01),altitude and potassi-um of upper leaf displays notable negative correlativity (P〈 0. 05),and middle leaf lower leaf upper leaf. There is unobvious correlativity between altitude and nicotine.
