摘要
通过对涂料中游离甲醛含量测定方法的研究,试图找出最为简便、快速、准确的试验方法,为今后检测提供参考。研究结果表明:在涂料甲醛含量的测定中,甲醛标液和加热装置的选用、冷却时间和方式的控制影响着测定的准确性和效率。直接选用甲醛标液、采用油浴加热装置、控制好馏分显色之后的冷却时间和方式,会大大提高测定的准确度和效率。
In this paper,the determination of free formaldehyde in the paint method of be researched,trying to find the most convenient,rapid and accurate test method,designed to be able to provide a reference for future detection. The results showed that：the determination of formaldehyde content in paint,the choice of formaldehyde standard solution and heating device,cooling time and method ,these three factors affect the determination of the accuracy and efficiency. Direct selection of formaldehyde standard solution,using oil -bath heating device,and control of color after a good fraction of the cooling time and manner,will greatly improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency.
