血清肌酸激酶活性测定和临床应用 被引量:12

摘要 肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)是诊断急性心肌梗死(AMI)的重要酶学指标之一,也是反映神经肌肉损伤的敏感项目,对心肌和骨骼肌疾病的诊断、治疗和预后判断同样有重要的参考价值,目前在临床上已经得到广泛的应用。本文概括介绍CK的生理功能、临床应用情况、注意事项以及测定结果溯源等几个方面的内容。
