pH对涕灭威及其亚砜和砜水解速率影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对涕灭威及其有毒代谢物涕灭威亚砜和涕灭威砜在pH5.0、7.0和9.0三种水介质中的水解速率进行了研究。结果表明,涕灭威及其亚砜和砜在中性和微酸性的水介质中稳定,随着pH升高,其水解速率加快。在15℃和pH5.0、7.0和9.0的水中,涕灭威的半衰期分别为:627、510和354d;涕灭威亚砜的半衰期分别是330、267和192d;涕灭威砜则分别是1141、399和100d。 The hydrolysis of Aldicarb ( AS ) and its toxic metabolites, Aldicarb sulfoxide ( ASO ) and Aldicarb sulfone ( ASO2 ) in aqueous media of pH 5.00, 7.00 and 9.00 were studied. Results showed that AS, ASO and AS02 were relatively stable under neutral and acidulous aqueous media. The hydrolysis rates of three compounds increased as the pH of media increased. At the temperature of 15℃ the half lifes of AS, ASO and ASO2 in the aqueous media of pH 5.00, 7.00 and 9.00 were 627, 510 and 354 days ( for AS ), 330, 267 and 192 ( for ASO ), and 1411, 399 and 100 days ( for ASO2) , respectively.
