单硝酸异山梨酯缓释剂治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察单硝酸异山梨酯缓释剂对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者降压治疗的疗效。方法:80例ISH患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例,对照组给予氨氯地平5.0mg,吲达帕安2.5mg,每日1次,口服;治疗组在上述治疗基础上给予单硝酸异山梨酯缓释剂40mg,每日1次,口服,疗程4周。结果:治疗组从第1周开始收缩压(SBP)下降幅度即大于对照组,先于对照组在第2周降至正常,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;从第1周开始,治疗组舒张压下降幅度即小于对照组,P<0.05,第3周开始差距加大,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01,整个观察期内,治疗组DBP下降幅度始终小于对照组,且从第2周开始处于相对稳定状态;第1周开始治疗组脉压(PP)下降幅度即大于对照组,P<0.05,第2周开始差距进一步加大,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:硝酸酯类药物能降低ISH患者的SBP,而对DBP影响不大,可以使PP减小,对ISH患者降压治疗有益。 Objective: To observe the effect of lsosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets on elderly isolated systolic hypertension(ISH) in patients. Methods: 80 cases of elderly isolated systolic hypertension(ISH) were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and treatment group(40 cases).Patients in control group were given amlodipine besylate tablets 5.0 mg/d and indepamide 2.5 mg/d; treatment group in the above-mentioned treantment added a single foundation on isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablet 40 mg/d.Treatment lasted 4 weeks. Results: the treatment group's SBP lowered obvi- ously in the first week,and lowered to the normal in the second week,the difference were statistically significant differences (P〈0.05).Howerer,from the first week,the control group's DBP lowered obviously(P〈0.05).The difference were statistically significiant and became obviously in the third week (P〈0.01).In the treatment period,the treatment group's DBP lowered was not obviously than that of the control group.the treatment group's PP lowered than the other(P〈0.05).And became normal and more obviously in the second week,the difference were statistically significant differences(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Long-acting nitrate drugs can reduce the ISH patients with SBP,while have little impact on DBP.So,it can decrease PP and is beneficial to ISH.
