摘要
目的:探讨左半结肠癌并发急性完全性肠梗阻采用Ⅰ期手术治疗的可行性。方法:对67例左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:67例患者全部治愈,切口感染6例,吻合口瘘1例,无围术期死亡。结论:左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻患者,只要选择合适病例,完善围术期及术中的处理,Ⅰ期手术是安全可行的。
Objective： To study the operation feasibilty of acute complete obstruction with complete stage I in left colon carcinoma. Methods： We reviewed the clinical data of 67 cases acute obstruction in left colonic carcinoma. Results： 67 cases were all cured,6 cases incision infection,1 case incision fistula.There was no perioperative death. Conclusion： It＇s safe and feasibility in stage I to operate acute obstruction in left colonic carcinoma,if we select the proper case and improve the management of perioperation.
