摘要
目的:利用二维超声心动图及心电描记术对高血压患者左房扩大与P波离散度(Pd)进行相关性研究。方法:选取108例原发性高血压患者及115例健康正常人,将其分为高血压组及健康对照组,分别采用同步12导联体表心电图及二维超声心动图计算出Pd值及左房面积,比较两组间Pd值与左房面积差异性,并对高血压组左房面积与P波离散度进行相关性研究。结果:与健康对照组相比,高血压组P波离散度、左房面积均有所增大(P<0.05),且高血压组左房面积与P波离散度相关性良好。结论:高血压患者易出现左房扩大,P波离散度增加,且两者明显相关。
Objective: To explore the relationship between P wave dispersion and left atrial area in essential hypertensive (EH) patients. Methods: The maximum P wave duration(Pmex), minimum P wave duration(Pmin), and P wave dispersion (Pd = Pmex - Pmin) were measured from 12 - leads surface electrocardiogram of 108 EH patients (study group) and 115 healthy con- trois (control group). Left atrial area(LAA) were also measured by echocardiography. To compare the mean value of P wave duration (Pmox), Pd and LAA between two groups and to analyze relationship between P wave dispersion and Left atrial area. Results: Pmex Pd and LAA were found to be significantly larger and longer in study group than those of control group (P〈0.05). In univariate analysis, Pmex and Pd were significant predictors of left atrial enlargement, whereas Pd remained more significant independent predictor of LAA. Conclusion: Pd is significant independent predictor of left atrial enlargement in essential hypertensive patients.
