Discussion on the Formulation of Urban Biodiversity Plan

在阐述了生物多样性的概念和内容基础上,探讨了目前《城市生物多样性规划》编制中存在的诸多问题,主要是动植物本底资料缺乏、涉及学科门类多、编制要求不够具体等,并对规划编制的实际操作提出了相应建议。植物多样性保护规划部分除科学配置观赏性植物种类外,应合理配置观果、观花种类,为各类动物提供食物;动物多样性保护规划应以构建保护各类动物的栖息地为编制重点,对城市绿地系统规划和城市生物多样性保护有参考价值。

Based on the concept and content of biodiversity, the problems currently existing in establishing the urban biodiversity plan, such as lack of the basic data of animals and plants in the city, involving multi-discipline, and lack of compiling standard, are discussed in this paper. An approach is proposed to solve these problems. In the part of plant diversity plan, the plants with flowers and fruits that can feed animals should be emphasized; and how to construct multi-type habitats for different animals in the part of animal diversity conservation plan should also be emphasized. The paper will be a valuable reference to the urban green space system planning and urban biodiversity conservation.
