试论我国小城镇水污染防治与生态环境建设

ON THE DISCUSSION OF THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AND ECO-ENVIRONMENT CONSTRUCTION IN SMALL SIZE CITIES AND TOWNS OF CHINA

小城镇水污染控制与环境保护是一项复杂的系统工程。水资源与水环境在城镇化过程中作为资源而被人们应用。开发、利用的合理与否会引起不同的生态效果。太湖地区的小城镇水体近年由于乡镇企业的发展,造成一定程度的污染。作者在研究了小城镇水环境污染的控制途径的基础上,强调防治污染必须考虑多途径与综合防治所造成的群体效益,并对典型地区进行了水体生态评价。

The water pollution control and environment protection in small size cities and towns of China is a complicated system engineering. Water resources and environment are used as resources in the processes of urbanization. Different ways of rational use and development of water resources will cause different ecological effects. The water resources in Tai Lake area have been polluted in certain degree by the development of industries run by villages and towns in recent years. The authors have studied the ways for water pollution control in small cities and towns.They emphasis that the combined benefits caused by multiple-path and integrated water pollution must be taken into consideration in pollution control,and that ecological assessment of water bodies must be carried out in the typical regions.
