子宫动脉灌注化疗加栓塞术治疗子宫颈妊娠的疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 宫颈妊娠是指受精卵种植于子宫颈组织学内口以下的宫颈管内膜上，是一种罕见的异位妊娠，其发病率占异位妊娠的比例不足1％，若诊断不及时，有可能引起危及生命的阴道大出血，子宫全切除是传统上主要的治疗措施^[1]。近年来，超声诊断技术水平的提高使早期诊断宫颈妊娠成为可能，然而，目前还没有保留生育功能的治疗宫颈妊娠的标准方案^[2]。
