血管内皮生长因子B在绒毛膜癌侵袭中的作用 被引量：4

摘要 绒毛膜癌具有高度侵袭力，早期即可发生远处转移，但其无控性浸润的机制目前尚不清楚。血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）B属于VEGF家族，VEGF—B可以通过影响内皮型一氧化氮合酶来介导血管新生^[1]，并且，其在恶性肿瘤组织中高表达，也可促进乳腺癌细胞、肝癌细胞的侵袭转移^[2-3]。
