盆腔器官脱垂相关分子生物学机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)是指盆腔器官和与其相邻的阴道壁突入阴道或从阴道脱出。目前,POP的病因及发病机制尚不明确,已有的流行病学研究和基础研究提示,多种因素参与了POP的发生、发展,认为具有特定遗传倾向的个体在单个或多个后天获得性因素的作用下,最终导致脱垂的发生^[1]。近年来,随着盆底功能解剖新概念的提出,分子生物学技术日新月异的发展,研究者们对POP的危险因素和分子生物学机制有了更深入的了解。
